Delivery & Return Policy

Delivery

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free local delivery is available for orders over £50 within UK.

Deliveries are made from 9:00am on Monday to Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

International Shipping

We DO NOT offer international shipping.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return if the item is unused and in its original condition.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@tmxwholesale.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the items condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In the original packaging
• Have the receipt or proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive your item:

• We will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item
• We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting your item
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment)
• You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies

Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item
• Shipping costs are nonrefundable
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund
